Visit Visas (VIVIS) might be required depending on your nationality. If you are planning to attend the conference, please visit the page of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (follow the links below) to check visa requirements and procedure for application on the local Consular Representations of China closer to your location. Please check this requirement as soon as possible. Please note that the conference organizers cannot contact local government officials on your behalf.

If you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please send your full name, company or university name, permanent address, the address of the hotel that you plan to stay, and any additional identification details (such as your passport number) to biorefinery@mail.buct.edu.cn, and your request will be forwarded to the Chinese Team. The invitation letter will be emailed to you as a PDF and will include general event details (date and venue). If you require more specific information about the conference, feel free to contact us.

INVITATION LETTERS

The Conference secretariat will assist participants, upon request, in obtaining an official letter of invitation. However, the letter of invitation does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Conference Secretariat or the Organizing Committee to cover any travel and accommodation costs, fees or other expenses related to participation and stay in China. To request a letter of invitation or for further information, please contact us at biorefinery@mail.buct.edu.cn.
